Fashioned in a stadium-style seating setup, this entire facility is more than 23,000-square-feet. Around 650 people can sit comfortably inside the theatre. In addition, there is a 3,000-square-foot studio that performers can use for rehearsals, classes, and to host performance-related meetings.

The site is fully accessible for people of all needs and is open to the public. While most events require an admission fee, some programs are offered free of charge.

Major Shows

Varied presentations are held throughout the year. That includes rock band and solo artist tribute shows, elementary school programs, and more. Some world-renowned acts have also graced the stage here, including the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

In addition, the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center is home to non-traveling acts such as Ormond Beach Follies, Ormond Beach Senior Theatre Workshop, and Kopy Kats Musical Revue.

Children’s Musical Theatre of Ormond Beach

A notable community outreach effort housed in this facility, the Children’s Musical Theatre Workshop (previously known as Starshine Kids) aims to spark an interest in theater and performing arts among small children and youth.

Today, the workshop boasts instruction of more than 350 budding stars each year. Along with learning and summer camps, students are showcased in live performances. In addition, they are encouraged to be involved with neighborhood activities throughout the year.
